Peace out @Xfinity you’ve been dropped. Loyal customer for 14 years, but you give special pricing to new customers only.. no incentive for existing customers to stay. Terrible customer retention plans.

I have all the streaming. So you would think I could turn off my cable. But. Only on cable is there a marathon of stuff I could stream but would never choose and here I am in hour four of Star Wars happy. So Comcast and I stay in a relationship.

@comcast @comcastcares @Xfinity are terrible. You guys raised my bill by $30 this month and are providing me with even slower speeds than before. Not the best service and seems a reoccurring issue with tons of other users. #RefundMe

Okay @HomeDepot, I thought @Comcast had the worst automated customer service system but I think yours has them beat! I'm dizzy from all the circles I just went through. BTW, please update your customer service hours online. 2am ET my ***!!! This is why I prefer to shop @Lowes!!!

@__sushiboy @Allorim I have Xfinity and my service has been pretty bad for the past month or so, so I can imagine either their servers, or the ones the Riot is paying to handle their connections (through other companies, yay American monopolies) are under some sort of technical issues.

Did yall know @Xfinity has DVR plans? I've never had a problem with my DVR and always have had enough space untill today when it said my DVR was out of storage, so I scrolled to the bottom and it said you can only have up to 150 hours recorded? First time I'm ever seeing that

Again I HATE @Xfinity why tf has there been an outage since MONDAY and it’s damn near Thursday. Then they put you through the ringer to just talk to a ******* agent.
