We are a global cleantech company operating in Energy from waste (EfW) and Renewable gas. With offices in 14 different countries, we provide our employees exciting opportunities to participate in global projects in their respective functional field. For our new global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) - project “OneERP”, we are looking for new colleagues to support and lead the global implementation of IFS Cloud and we offer a long term opportunity to become a functional processes owner. At Hitachi Zosen Inova you will work with experienced professionals and young and driven colleagues from more than 30 countries.
We're looking for a skilled professional to lead the planning, execution, and administration of the implementation of IFS Cloud focused on Human Capital Management module across our global organization. In this role, you will be part of the Business Process Owners team based in Bratislava and you will be in close cooperation with a second team in Zurich as well as key users around the world, working together to ensure successful project delivery.

About The Project And Future RoleOneERP is the name of the project that implements IFS Cloud across all HZI organizations worldwide with the goal to consolidate all core functionalities required to run business operations such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, Service and many more.
You role in the project will have 3 phases over the years:
Design and specification of the ERP system functionalities and capabilities
Roll out of the ERP system across our global company footprint
Maintenance and support of the ERP system
Key Responsibilities
Fit Gap Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders across People & Culture departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for HCM domain, ensuring alignment with global template, scope, and organizational goals. Identify gaps in solution or business process to determine whether modifications or customizations are needed.
System Configuration: Oversee and participate in the configuration of the system to reflect the defined process and data structure in order to meet the organizational requirements, and ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
Data Migration: Identify the data sources for HR data migration, coordinate data cleansing, transformation, and validation, to ensure accurate and timely migration of HR data to the new system. Close cooperation with data owners and migration team.
Testing: Test the prototype with module functionalities and configurations. In cooperation with key users plan and design use cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
Training&Change Management: Train key users and oversee the training of end users, providing support where necessary. Participate in the internal communication and change management activities.
Continuous Improvement: Organize regular meetings with key users to collect and analyze users’ feedback. Ensure second level assistance for global users and escalate issues to IFS consultants and/or developers. Foster potential improvement of the functionalities to increase efficiency.
QualificationsYour experience
Functional and key to success
Experience in ERP implementation with focus on HCM module as a key user, project team member or similar
Deep understanding of HR processes and best practices, with experience in HR system administration
